About the Role
The role supports construction projects by managing building materials, maintaining site safety, and following engineering specifications. • Handle asphalt, stone, and concrete materials on construction sites. • Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure safe passage. • Set up and maintain safe work zones using barriers, signs, and cones. • Follow engineering blueprints to achieve accurate measurements and grades. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment while inspecting and maintaining them. • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on‑site. • Maintain attention to detail and deliver high‑quality results. • Perform physically demanding outdoor work in compliance with safety protocols.
