We currently have opportunities available for Asphalt and Spray Seal Crew Members/Operators to join our team in Austins Ferry, Hobart. These roles are ideal for those seeking a diverse, hands‑on role. If you have previous experience in Spray Seal or Asphalt work, we would love to hear from you – especially HC drivers and Sprayer Drivers. • Current Construction Induction card • Previous Spray Seal/Asphalt experience • Proven ability to operate mobile plant machinery and equipment • Team player who works efficiently with others • Strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture • Ability to work intrastate for periods as required • Current Heavy Combination or Multi Combination licence • Experience as a Bitumen Sprayer Truck Driver or in Bitumen Haulage (highly advantageous) • Dangerous Goods Certification • Current working safely with bitumen training • Knowledge or experience in bituminous surfacing or civil construction; trade or mechanical background advantageous
