About the Role
The Production Lead will supervise a crew of 4‑6 employees, ensuring safe and efficient operations, identifying and correcting safety and production issues, performing routine equipment maintenance, operating production equipment, and participating in plant improvement projects. • Lead a crew of 4‑6 safely and effectively • Identify and correct safety and production issues • Perform routine equipment and plant maintenance and repairs • Operate various fixed and mobile production equipment • Participate in plant improvement projects • Inspect, document, and execute daily plant repairs as needed • Maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment

What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate a dedication to safe work practices, have at least two years of mining, industrial, or similar lead experience, and possess mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair plant equipment. They must be willing to work overtime and weekends, be able to work outdoors in varying conditions, and pass a pre‑employment drug screening. • Minimum two years of mining, industrial, or similar lead experience • Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and perform plant repairs • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions • Pass pre‑employment drug screening • Experience with heavy equipment preferred • Knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and scales • Physical ability to lift, climb, and work on elevated platforms • Experience welding and cutting • Experience leading a crew in safety and production

Rogers Group is seeking a Day shift Production Lead for its surface operation located in Hopkinsville, KY. The position is full‑time, day shift (5:45 am – 3:30 pm) with a starting pay of $27 per hour, adjusted based on experience and skill set.
