What You Bring
The position is based in Denver, Colorado, and requires reliable commuting to our office under our hybrid working policy, which emphasizes in‑office collaboration. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field • Successful completion of the EIT exam, or ability to take it within 12 months • Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships • Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic problem‑solving approach • Strong communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
