What You Bring
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our team in Austin North, Texas (TX)! The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, while also demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is not a remote role. You should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field, with graduation expected within 12‑24 months. Success in this role requires a positive, can‑do attitude, strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office on Windows is a plus, and occasional travel to regional offices may be required. Applicants must submit a one‑page cover letter, and may be asked for additional writing samples. • Pursue a bachelor's degree in communications‑related field (expected graduation within 12‑24 months). • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and meet multiple deadlines. • Utilize Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office on Windows (preferred).
