About the Role

The Facilities Support Services team seeks an on‑site liaison for the client Farmers, responsible for maintaining flawless office operations. This role serves as the central contact for facility matters, coordinating with building management, vendors, IT, and internal departments. • Act as primary liaison with building property management for maintenance, HVAC, lighting, and elevator services. • Manage on‑site vendor activities, schedule deliveries, coordinate access, and open work tickets. • Provide dedicated customer service to the Farmers community and coordinate IT data and phone line needs. • Oversee equipment installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) with central managers. • Support office reconfigurations, restack projects, and related logistical duties. • Create and maintain documentation, communications, and special projects using Microsoft Office. • Provide backup for mailroom and supply functions during breaks or absences.

What You Bring

Benefits
