About the Role

• Review travelers, prints, and BOMs; verify material availability and condition. • Confirm vacuum integrity before insulation using leak test protocol. • Cut, fit, and install insulation on shells, heads, and piping; apply adhesives, bands, or jacketing as required. • Complete pre‑ and post‑insulation vacuum check sheets for traceability. • Follow EHS protocols, including respirator fit tests and appropriate PPE.

What You Bring

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED. • At least 2 years’ experience in industrial insulation or manufacturing assembly/warehouse. • Additional 2 years’ experience fabricating and fitting insulation in high‑mix environments. • Physical ability to work in kneeling, lying, overhead positions and lift up to 50 lb. • Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday (preferred). • Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and cut lists accurately (preferred). • Trained in overhead crane operation and comfortable working from heights/ladders (preferred). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional coordination (preferred). • Willingness to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed (preferred).
