You will also access attics and confined spaces to investigate building components, install insulation, replace and finish drywall, apply caulking and sealants, and complete rough and finished carpentry including cabinetry. In addition, you will respond to routine and emergency service calls, complete warranty‑related repairs, coordinate with the Warranty Manager on materials and follow‑up work, and maintain clean, organized and safe job sites while conducting daily hazard assessments. The position involves hands‑on work in interior and exterior residential construction environments, often at heights, on ladders or scaffolding, and in all weather conditions. Physical demands include regular lifting up to 50 lb (occasionally up to 75 lb), standing, climbing, kneeling and working in confined, dusty or noisy spaces, with required PPE at all times.
