About the Role

Key responsibilities include overseeing client engagements, maintaining project budgets and monthly billing, and driving repeat business through excellent performance. The Associate Director will lead staff development through supervision, coaching, and mentorship, and will support recruitment and talent acquisition. Applicants should hold a BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, and possess 8‑12 years of cost and commercial management experience with professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP). Experience on large‑scale luxury hospitality or residential projects is required, along with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with estimating software such as On‑Screen Takeoff or Success Estimating. • Transition from task‑focused to business‑oriented mindset and convey organizational direction • BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field • 8‑12 years of cost & commercial management or quantity surveying experience • Professional accreditation (MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent) • Experience on large‑scale luxury hospitality, residential, or similar projects • Advanced Excel proficiency; intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Familiarity with On‑Screen Takeoff or Success Estimating software (plus)
