About the Role
The foreman will provide shift supervision, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal policies. • Supervise shift team members. • Lead production team with focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. • Develop work instructions and cross‑training plans. • Provide on‑the‑job training and lead by example. • Drive continuous improvement of safety, quality, customer service, and cost KPI. • Adjust schedules and balance workload as needed. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering. • Apply lean methodologies and tools to meet production goals. • Organize, prioritize, and lead team members effectively. • Read and interpret electrical and/or mechanical technical drawings. • Utilize operational excellence tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S. • Maintain a positive attitude and professional customer service.

What You Bring
The position requires strong leadership, the ability to read technical drawings, and at least four years of experience leading teams, with decision‑making autonomy and proficiency in operational excellence tools.
