What You Bring
• Set and communicate a compelling vision to motivate results. • Hold a tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field. • Demonstrated leadership experience in Defence & Security or a closely aligned sector. • Ability to translate strategy into practical action with measurable results. • Deep understanding of the Defence market landscape, trends and challenges. • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Experience leading large, diverse teams with a focus on coaching and development. • Strong commercial and operational skills, including business planning and financial oversight. • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset capable of navigating complexity and driving change.
