What You Bring

This position is based in West Monroe, LA and follows our hybrid working policy; reliable commuting to the office is required. • Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Demonstrated interest via internships, volunteering, or organization memberships • Creative, methodical, and pragmatic problem‑solving approach • Strong communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and delivering value • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available
