About the Role
The Branch Manager is responsible for the profit and loss performance of the assigned location, meeting targets for EBIT, ROIC, and ROS while protecting company assets. The role also oversees inventory, staffing, operational procedures, and ensures high‑quality customer service through relationship building and market‑share growth strategies. • Drive profit and loss results, meeting EBIT, ROIC, and ROS objectives. • Protect company assets and ensure associate safety. • Manage inventory and accounts receivable for the branch. • Maintain optimal staffing levels to support service and financial goals. • Implement training programs to enhance sales and operations expertise. • Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers. • Serve as liaison to functional leadership for customer satisfaction and issue resolution. • Analyze local market trends and develop strategies to increase market share. • Collaborate with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. • Enforce policies, procedures, and process excellence for efficient operations. • Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental health, and safety standards.

What You Bring
Candidates should bring at least seven years of relevant experience and be prepared to use a vehicle for more than 20 % of the workweek, with a satisfactory motor‑vehicle record. Preferred qualifications include experience with sales order software such as Oracle, wholesale distribution background, and Spanish language proficiency. White Cap operates nearly 400 branches across the U.S. and Canada, serving 150,000 professional contractors with a broad product portfolio. • Minimum 7 + years of relevant experience. • Operate a company or personal vehicle >20 % of workweek; pass MVR check. • Preferred: experience with sales order software (Oracle), wholesale distribution, and Spanish proficiency.
