About the Role
The Warehouse Team Lead oversees all warehouse activities, ensuring that material moves smoothly from inbound receipt to outbound shipment while maintaining rigorous safety, quality, and operational standards. Acting as the primary liaison between Logistics, Project Management, and the Shop/Production team, the leader ensures material availability aligns with project timelines and production needs. In this position, you will foster a collaborative environment, guiding and developing staff to achieve a safe, organized, and high‑performance workplace. Continuous improvement is a core focus, with responsibilities for identifying workflow enhancements and reinforcing compliance with safety and quality protocols. • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping. • Supervise and develop warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and a safe, high‑performance environment. • Ensure accurate documentation and timely ERP transaction posting for all material movements. • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and continuous monitoring. • Collaborate with Logistics, Materials Planners, Project Managers, and Production to meet project timelines and material availability. • Identify and implement process improvements in workflow, communication, and safety compliance. • Offer flexible working patterns with potential co‑location in UK offices.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience. • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. • Possess detailed knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse best practices. • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse documentation workflows. • Exhibit high accuracy, attention to detail, accountability and a continuous‑improvement mindset. • Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
