What You Bring
The On‑Site Administrative Assistant acts as the main point of contact for homeowners, residents, vendors, and board members, delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the General Manager and HOA Board, the role requires strong communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, on‑site community setting. Candidates must have formal training in office procedures, be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, and excel at internet research. Effective oral and written communication, a pleasant demeanor, and a “can‑do” customer‑service attitude are essential, as is the ability to think quickly when handling callers and visitors. The position demands at least three years of administrative experience, preferably within property management, legal, hospitality, or customer‑service sectors. Key abilities include problem‑solving, discretion, professional appearance, strong organization, time‑management, multitasking, and the capacity to work independently, with occasional attendance at an evening Board meeting. • Demonstrate strong organization, time‑management, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. • Possess at least three years of administrative experience, preferably in property management, legal, hospitality, or customer‑service fields. • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills and a pleasant, “can‑do” attitude toward callers and visitors.
