About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and structural integrity of our multifamily communities. You will address service issues, ensure properties meet standards and regulations, and keep open communication with residents and office staff. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property compliance with company standards and laws. • Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff. • Participate in on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend availability.

What You Bring
The position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to the sites. • Hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; reside within 30 minutes of properties. • Preferred HVAC/EPA/CFC certification.
