About the Role
The Engineering Program Manager role supports Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) within an assigned area. The position provides engineering program support, backs up the Regional Engineering Manager, and manages administrative tasks such as Asset Life Cycle, CapEx, D&C closeout, commissioning, and MEP employee comfort systems. Daily responsibilities include owning individual program processes, ensuring they are current and shared, supporting MEP troubleshooting and repairs, and partnering with project managers on new builds to maintain consistency with standards and GREF programs. The role also drives creation, recommendation and approval of engineering programs such as Planned Outages, ACDC and COE, using data trends to spot potential system issues and proactively work with teams on solutions. • Own and continuously update engineering program processes, ensuring they are reviewed, revised, and shared across teams. • Support the Regional Engineering Manager with escalating MEP troubleshooting and repair tasks within the assigned area. • Partner with Regional Engineering Manager and Project Managers on new builds to enforce consistency with standards and GREF programs. • Create, recommend, and obtain approval for engineering programs such as Planned Outages, ACDC, and COE in collaboration with area site teams. • Analyze data trends to identify potential system problems and proactively develop verification solutions for reactive work orders. • Assist with Corrigo MEP assets and preventative maintenance programs, maintaining accurate JACS coding. • Manage warranty programs by tracking device warranty dates and coordinating with site facilities managers.

What You Bring
Candidates need a BS in technology or engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing preferred) and 3‑5+ years of program‑management experience, strong leadership, conflict‑resolution and detail‑oriented skills, plus an understanding of asset lifecycle, CapEx and MEP systems. Preferred experience includes thought leadership on program execution, MEP troubleshooting knowledge, and familiarity with Corrigo, JACS coding and warranty management. • BS degree in technology or engineering (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing background preferred). • 3‑5+ years of program‑management experience delivering large‑scale platform projects through full lifecycle. • Proven leadership ability to influence diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts in fast‑paced environments. • Detail‑oriented, proactive critical thinker skilled at closing gaps in program development and implementation. • Strong communication skills for presenting scope, schedule, budget, risks and mitigation strategies to senior leaders. • Familiarity with Asset Life Cycle, CapEx, D&C closeout, commissioning, and MEP employee comfort systems. • Experience providing thought leadership and disciplined execution for assigned programs. • Knowledge of MEP troubleshooting, repairs and support capabilities for regional engineering managers. • Experience partnering on new builds to ensure adherence to standards and GREF programs. • Background creating engineering programs (Planned Outages, ACDC, COE) with site‑team collaboration. • Ability to use data trends for hot/cold calls, SEV1/SEV2 reactive work order analysis. • Proficiency with Corrigo MEP assets, preventative maintenance, JACS coding and warranty management. • Capability to verify MEP standards programming and identify design impact opportunities. • AI‑driven recruitment tools to match candidates with role requirements.
