About the Role

The role involves site development engineering and project management for a variety of land‑development projects, including civil design, permitting, and the use of hydrology modeling, storm‑drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, as well as research, coordination, staff management, cost estimating, bid package preparation, and technical specifications, all while receiving on‑the‑job training and mentorship. • Perform site civil design, permitting, and storm‑drainage modeling using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrology software. • Manage project tasks, research, coordination, and staff supervision. • Estimate costs, prepare bid packages, and develop technical specifications. • Participate in project financials, plan production, and client interactions while receiving mentorship.
