About the Role
All About Production: As an entry-level production employee you may work in the Cast House (melting scrap aluminum into ingots), the Hot or Cold Mill (customizing coils), or Pack/Ship (delivering finished product). Employees work rotating shifts and must be available for overtime to safely meet customer needs. • Operate in entry-level production roles across Cast House, Hot/Cold Mill, and Pack/Ship departments.

Schedule: Our plant operates 24/7/365 with 12-hour rotating shifts (6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m.) on a 28-day cycle, working 14 days and off 14 days. Mandatory and voluntary overtime are available, and Sundays are paid at time-and-a-half. Pay is issued weekly. Lancaster, PA offers a central location in South Central Pennsylvania with easy access to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington DC, and New York City, as well as rich historic sites, museums, shopping, entertainment venues, and restaurants. • Work 12-hour rotating shifts on a 28-day cycle (14 days on, 14 days off) with optional overtime and Sunday premium pay. • Weekly pay for 24/7/365 plant operations. • Benefit from an equal‑opportunity workplace and a central Lancaster, PA location with easy access to major cities and local amenities.
