About the Role

The Project Planner role joins the Project & Development Services team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, supporting JLL’s mission to become a world‑class project management consultant. The position provides specialized planning and scheduling services that drive successful project execution. • Apply expert-level project planning and scheduling knowledge using industry and client best practices. • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities across teams. • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure successful execution of their responsibilities. • Provide real-time schedule feedback to clients and contractors, anticipating issues. • Generate progress reports and presentations for stakeholders. • Liaise with all project staff and management on schedule changes and manpower status. • Track procurement information, including spare parts and documentation. • Deliver weekly risk and gap reports to the project director, client, and stakeholders with resolution plans.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. • 5–7 years of planning and scheduling experience. • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple simultaneous activities. • Excellent oral and written communication for diverse technical and non‑technical audiences. • Proven ability to build relationships, adapt to technology, and meet deadlines in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
