The Lead HVAC Service Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment. The role requires reading wiring diagrams and service manuals, documenting work promptly using company software on an iPad, and communicating effectively with customers and the office to ensure satisfaction. What You Bring
Candidates should have 5–10 years of commercial HVAC experience and be able to follow a defined scope of work. Required credentials include a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, an EPA certification, and the ability to pass a drug screen.
