About the Role
As a key member of Sunrun’s retail team, you will embody the brand inside designated partner retail stores, influencing potential customers and expanding the company’s reach. Your success will be measured by your ability to build relationships, generate excitement for solar products, and educate shoppers on renewable energy and storage solutions while proactively scheduling appointments. • Represent Sunrun brand in partner retail stores. • Build relationships and generate enthusiasm for solar and storage solutions. • Educate customers on renewable energy and battery storage. • Proactively schedule and secure new solar appointments. • Meet or exceed sales targets to expand Sunrun’s customer base. • Maintain flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Travel within a 15‑30 mile radius and manage a multi‑store territory. • Stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb during daily retail activities.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commissions, allowing top performers to earn $160,000 + annually; average earnings range from $45,000 to $60,000 depending on location and performance.
