About the Role
• Manage change and risk logs, conduct monthly reviews with project leaders and SMEs. • Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery. • Execute monthly risk management process through project completion and report to leadership. • Support creation of contingency plans and drawdowns. • Run change management processes on weekly/monthly cadence and report regularly. • Audit changes for alignment with subcontractor agreements and assess contract change orders. • Coordinate with project controls to integrate changes and risks into cost forecasts and schedules. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Change & Risk Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced risk professional who has supported large‑scale construction projects and can manage change and risk processes throughout a project lifecycle. • Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Possess 5+ years of project controls change and/or risk management or cost engineering experience. • Have direct experience working in complex matrix environments. • Demonstrated construction industry experience; life sciences background a plus. • Exhibit exemplary oral and written communication and reporting skills.
