SOC Operator

About the Role

Key duties include answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and surveillance equipment, and maintaining records of communications and events. The operator dispatches security personnel, escalates critical incidents to supervisors, prevents unauthorized access, and coordinates with internal and external partners during emergencies. Additional responsibilities involve enforcing health and safety policies, gathering intelligence, solving problems creatively, assisting investigations, and documenting all incidents.

What You Bring

Candidates must have prior experience in dispatch, call center, SOC, armed security, law enforcement, or military roles, and hold at least a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license, clear criminal background, and the ability to remain calm under high stress are required. Strong written and verbal communication, advanced computer skills, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, teamwork, self‑motivation, and multitasking are also essential.
