The Graduate Quantity Surveyor role offers a varied career that involves managing the financial aspects of construction projects, from assessing profitability to ensuring delivery within budget and compliance with legal and quality standards. The two‑year, non‑rotational graduate programme aligns with the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence pathway, providing specialised expertise, training workshops, discussion panels, networking events and a clear route to chartered status. • Manage construction project finances, assess financial impact, and keep projects within budget. • Verify compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Support delivery of schemes from inception to completion, acting as a key pillar in project success.
