About the Role
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery. • Drive financial performance, including sales and EBITDA, and monitor operational KPIs to achieve business goals. • Maintain knowledge of market competitors and industry trends, sharing best practices across NearU. • Uphold a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment. • Build a unified, accountable team and foster a culture of high performance. • Implement change management strategies to enhance workflows and branch performance. • Eye for Talent: Identify, recruit, and develop top performers and future leaders. • Take immediate corrective action based on financial insights to achieve branch objectives. • Standardized Processes & Scalability: Implement scalable processes for organic and inorganic growth. • Partner with marketing, accounting, human resources, and other branch teams to align operational objectives. • Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing staff; identify future leaders. • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports; analyze trends and identify potential issues. • Support other NearU markets as needed. • Develop, execute, and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term operational plans.
