About the Role

Shape and champion the employee experience to drive engagement and retention across the organization. Support transformation initiatives and contingent workforce strategies that align with priority goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and senior leadership, building advanced employee relations capability and leadership effectiveness. Establish ESA standards for compliance with labor laws, diversity, and employment regulations while anticipating legal trends and influencing policy to mitigate risk. Define and govern policy frameworks for complex scenarios such as ADA, FMLA, and globale mobility, and oversee risk assessments for site‑level policy changes. Provide oversight for investigations, disciplinary actions, and high‑risk terminations, and advise on ethics and compliance issues. Lead response strategies for U.S. labor activity and guide global labor negotiations. Partner with HR leadership on restructuring, workforce planning, and organizational design to ensure integration and risk mitigation. Drive global payroll, time, and labor strategies that enable operational excellence and sponsor ER/Labor training for HR and leadership teams. What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of ten years of professional HR experience, including leading HR for multiple sites or a distributed workforce. Candidates must have a track record of leading employee‑relations strategies in a matrixed environment and deep expertise in employment‑law compliance (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.). Success criteria include business acumen, workforce analytics, coaching, organizational design, and change enablement, with accountability for results impacting the entire business. Adaptability, inspirational leadership, and a people‑first approach are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of progressive HR experience. • Proven experience managing HR across multiple sites or a distributed workforce in a matrixed setting. • Deep knowledge of employment‑law compliance, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA. • Strong business acumen, data‑driven analytics, and change‑enablement capabilities.
