About the Role

• Supervise electricians to safely complete the scope of works on schedule. • Ensure electrical installations comply with BS7671 and AVRS safety rules. • Coordinate with the design team and Compliance Manager to meet client specifications. • Promote a positive safety culture and adhere to all health and safety legislation. • Install items to the highest standards in line with contract and quality plans. • Coach and mentor Electrical Improvers and Apprentices. • Collaborate effectively within the growing team. • Maintain a fitness‑to‑work medical clearance. • Manage workload and project tasks with minimal supervision.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a strong industrial background, an SSSTS (or equivalent), an ECS gold card, a full UK driving licence, and Emergency First Aid certification. A fitness‑to‑work medical clearance and proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor are essential. Desirable qualifications include EUSR Water Hygiene, 2391 Test and Inspection, COMPEX, industrial experience, and PASMA, IPAF or Confined Space certifications. • Hold SSSTS (or equivalent) and an ECS gold card. • Possess a full UK driving licence and Emergency First Aid certification. • Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Supervisor. • EUSR Water Hygiene certification (desirable). • 2391 Test and Inspection competency (desirable). • COMPEX knowledge (desirable). • Industrial experience (desirable). • PASMA, IPAF or Confined Space certifications (desirable).
