What You Bring
Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools and equipment; specialty locations may also have large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and 3‑5 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy construction or specialty equipment. A valid driver’s license is required and a CDL may be needed in some locations. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting fundamentals and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs, and employees may need to provide their own tools.
