About the Role

Key responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on critical facility components, monitoring the Building Management System, and coordinating vendor activities to ensure compliance with standards. Additional duties involve site administration, incident response, root‑cause analysis, work order execution, and supporting complex infrastructure projects. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems, including plumbing, fire suppression, and life‑safety equipment. • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and resolve specialized alarms, recommending solutions as needed. • Coordinate and supervise vendors to ensure maintenance activities meet standards and update technical documentation. • Log site data, issue permits, identify single points of failure, and conduct root‑cause analysis for incidents. • Execute skilled work requests, circuit installations, and advanced troubleshooting of office and auxiliary equipment. • Collaborate with department teams, mentor junior staff, and communicate inventory needs to stakeholders.
