About the Role

• Prepare and write proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, and award submissions. • Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick‑off meetings and proposal production activities. • Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gather marketing materials. • Communicate with professionals, project managers, and technical staff. • Conduct marketing database queries and maintain data accuracy. • Coordinate special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events. • Interview subject‑matter experts and write/edit technical content for target audiences.
