Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. They also maintain customer payment status by issuing reminder and collection calls as needed. Physical requirements involve lifting or moving items up to 35 pounds, walking around facilities for up to half of the workday, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. The role includes routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50% of time, climb stairs, open large doors. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
