About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outdoors. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting and selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments through reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders/collections • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50% of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas

What You Bring

Physical requirements involve the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking and standing in facilities for up to 50% of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles.
