• Create CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards based on design information and client requirements. • Ensure compliance with codes and standards using technical manuals. • Perform dimensional and routine calculations for design layouts and drawings. • Produce red‑lined drawings and specifications. • Research and develop design and product solutions, presenting them for consideration. • Inspect architectural or interior design features on project sites and document conditions. • Collaborate with project team members to set goals and meet deadlines.

What You Bring
We are seeking a talented UAE National Urban Designer to join our team under the general direction of a licensed architect. The role involves moderately complex architectural or interior design assignments, requiring a solid understanding of design standards, practices, and techniques. You will compile data, specifications, and sketches, and formalize them into working drawings and models while developing proficiency in our standards and procedures. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design and possess a solid grasp of design standards and techniques. Strong abilities in sketching, rendering, model‑building, and CAD software are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. • Working knowledge of architectural and interior design standards, practices, and techniques. • Proficiency in sketching, rendering, model‑building, and presentation drawing. • Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages commonly used in architectural and interior design.
