About the Role

Successful candidates will join a multiskilled team delivering high‑quality facility management and maintenance services. They will identify and rectify equipment and building infrastructure faults in a time‑critical environment, performing skilled installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, wiring, fixtures and control systems. Plumbers will install, repair and maintain piping, valves, drainage and respond to emergencies, while Trade Assistants will provide support, and all will manage incident reporting registers within required timeframes. • Join a multiskilled team delivering high‑quality facility management and maintenance services. • Identify and resolve equipment and building faults quickly in a time‑critical environment. • Install, maintain and repair equipment, wiring, fixtures, and control systems. • Perform plumbing tasks including installation, repair, maintenance and emergency response. • Assist as a Trade Assistant to support skilled trades work. • Manage incident reporting registers to ensure timely completion of work.

What You Bring

The ideal applicant has experience as a Trade Assistant, HVAC Technician or Plumber working under time‑critical conditions, focusing on reactive maintenance. They demonstrate strong reporting abilities, maintain scheduled work plans, work effectively in a team, and possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills. High standards in compliance, safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) are essential, as is a current unrestricted driver’s licence and the ability to pass a National Police Check and medical examination. • Demonstrated experience in reactive maintenance and time‑critical rectification. • Strong reporting, scheduled work‑plan maintenance, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Commitment to SHEQ standards and ability to work safely and compliantly. • Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence and pass a National Police Check and medical.
