About the Role
As a New Member Journey (NMJ) National Trainer you will be responsible for building scalable training solutions—including digital learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and improved process documentation—to ensure consistent execution of NMJ processes across all regions. You will partner closely with senior leadership, regional managers, site sales and marketing leaders, QA leadership, and training & development to discuss operational needs and create clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. Additionally, you will reinforce Hilton Grand Vacations’ values and elevate the new member experience through high‑quality, standardized training resources. • Build scalable training solutions, including digital modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and process documentation. • Partner with senior leadership, regional managers, sales & marketing, QA, and training teams to identify operational needs and design engaging learning experiences. • Reinforce Hilton Grand Vacations’ values and enhance the new member experience with high‑quality, standardized training resources.
