About the Role
The driver/operator safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, conducts pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, follows OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards, and ensures customer sites are left clean after dumping containers. • Operate heavy‑duty trucks on assigned transfer routes while adhering to OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip DVIR inspections, report any issues, and ensure timely vehicle maintenance. • Communicate customer requests, incidents, and route problems to dispatch or operations managers. • Dump containers, reposition them safely, and keep customer sites free of debris after service. • Complete all required documentation, including customer tickets and end‑of‑route check‑ins. • Collaborate with operations managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts.

What You Bring
The position requires a CDL‑B, a minimum age of 18, a satisfactory driving record, and successful completion of a DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and real‑ID requirements; no prior experience or education is required. • Hold a valid CDL‑B, be at least 18 years old, and maintain an acceptable driving record. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, physical exam, background check, and possess a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative.
