About the Role
The Facilities Manager will serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Account Director in delivering quality facility management services. This role leads facilities/plant operations teams, overseeing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance and reporting, as well as personnel management and development, while complying with all JLL policies, ethics and business practices. • Supervise plant operations team and ensure efficient maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs. • Maintain knowledge of and comply with the Master Services Agreement and related amendments. • Manage operational facilities spend, adhering to established budgets. • Track KPI/SLA trends and recommend action plans for under‑performance. • Oversee maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations. • Train staff on approved maintenance practices and ensure a safe work environment with proper protective equipment and handling of contaminated tools. • Ensure building systems and equipment meet State, Federal, and Local regulatory requirements. • Assess compliance with standards such as NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, safety, security, hazardous materials and waste management. • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off‑hours, including weekends.

We leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills, experiences and qualifications to generate insights about fit for the role. • 5+ years in facility management, plant operations, engineering or maintenance supervision. • Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibility. • Strong organizational skills in matrixed environments, overseeing technical and administrative staff. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. • Proficient in CMMS/Work Order systems. • College degree in engineering, apprenticeship, or technical trade school. • Relevant certifications (CHFM, CPMM, CFM, etc.). • Experience overseeing multiple facilities with varied functions.
