About the Role
The Operations Manager – Rentals drives operational and strategic success of RHOME rental property management businesses nationwide through direct branch support. The role collaborates with senior leadership and branch managers across multiple markets to ensure best‑in‑class service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, adaptable leader with deep knowledge of third‑party property management, focusing on performance, compliance, and growth. Key responsibilities include training, supporting, and holding Branch Rental leaders accountable; ensuring teams have the tools, resources, and compliant processes needed for operations. The manager will develop and implement strategic plans for client retention, operational excellence, financial profitability, and business development, monitor performance metrics, collaborate with accounting and sales, champion culture and talent development, lead performance‑improvement initiatives, drive KPIs and budget targets with the executive team, and serve as a visible, hands‑on leader with travel as required. • Train, support, and hold Branch Rental leaders accountable nationwide. • Equip teams with tools, resources, and compliant processes. • Create strategic plans targeting client retention, operational excellence, profitability, and growth. • Monitor performance metrics and address underperformance or capture opportunities. • Collaborate with national Accounting and Sales teams to align operations and improve client experience. • Promote strong culture and talent development through recruiting, coaching, and succession planning. • Lead branch‑performance initiatives via coaching, accountability, and process optimization. • Drive key performance initiatives and budget targets with the RHOME Rentals Executive Team. • Act as a visible, hands‑on leader, regularly engaging field teams and traveling as needed.

What You Bring
Requirements: at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in property management, preferably single‑family or vacation rentals; proven success in strategic planning and performance management; strong knowledge of compliance, operational best practices, and financial oversight; experience driving growth and client retention; excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills; willingness to travel nationally; and a preferred office location in a RHOME/Associa Rentals branch. • Minimum 8 years progressive leadership in property management, preferably single‑family or vacation rentals. • Proven success in strategic planning and performance management. • Strong knowledge of compliance, operational best practices, and financial oversight.
