About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role ensures the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adheres to all applicable regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects quickly. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, loading and compacting refuse, following the assigned route sheet, and disposing of waste at designated facilities. The driver interacts courteously with customers and dispatchers, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, monitors vehicle condition, and completes required productivity and reporting documents while maintaining safety standards and participating in the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a valid Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement and demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through abilities. They are expected to uphold company policies, prioritize safety, and take pride in their work.
