In our Earth & Environment group you will support instrumentation and monitoring programs that safeguard infrastructure, enhance safety, and generate the data that powers smarter decision‑making. You will collaborate with experienced instrumentation specialists and grow your skills through hands‑on work in the field and office. Your impact is direct: your work strengthens the performance, reliability, and safety of critical projects. You will help design instrumentation systems, deploy monitoring equipment, analyze data, and communicate findings to guide client decisions. You will also contribute to project meetings and support delivery to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations. • Design instrumentation systems by selecting sensors, data acquisition units, and telemetry setups to meet client needs. • Deploy and configure geotechnical and structural monitoring equipment on active project sites for real‑time data collection. • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to evaluate technologies and support accurate cost estimation. • Analyze sensor, survey, and monitoring data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. • Prepare clear technical reports, dashboards, and presentations that guide client decisions. • Participate in project meetings, providing insights on progress, challenges, and optimization. • Support project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations across diverse clients. • Work in an organization that prioritizes health, safety, equity, and accommodations for disabilities.

What You Bring
The skills that set you apart include curiosity, discipline, and hands‑on technical ability. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, comfort with instrumentation and data‑processing software, and a valid driver’s licence with an ASP Construction card are required. You should enjoy fieldwork, be detail‑oriented, able to work independently or collaboratively, and willing to travel to remote sites across Canada. Proficiency in English is essential, while additional language skills and consulting experience are assets. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (physical, electrical, mechanical, civil, geological, construction, or mining). • Be proficient with instrumentation, electronic tools, and data‑processing software, including Microsoft Office. • Possess a valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle, and an ASP Construction card. • Exhibit initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. • Willingness to travel to remote sites across Canada. • Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus. • Experience in engineering consulting is considered an advantage.
