About the Role
• Follow all safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment. • Obtain customer information, complete purchasing and shipping documents, and perform daily reconciliations. • Review documents for regulatory and company compliance. • Coordinate rail and truck shipments and maintain safety records.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: 2 years cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum qualifications: High school diploma (college degree preferred). • Minimum qualifications: Basic math, account reconciliation, computer and data entry skills. • Minimum qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication with customers. • Minimum qualifications: Ability to follow written and oral instructions. • Minimum qualifications: Flexibility to work off‑hours, weekends, holidays, and outdoors in all weather conditions. • Minimum qualifications: Basic computer proficiency. • Preferred qualification: Bilingual in Spanish.
