About the Role
The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy is a strategic leader within the Digital Customer Experience team, responsible for researching, formulating, and supporting execution of transformative digital initiatives that create competitive advantage. The role develops multi‑year digital roadmaps across web platforms, sales enablement, self‑service capabilities, and other customer touchpoints to deliver industry‑leading experiences. The incumbent supports the Digital Customer Experience team and functional owners in defining problem statements, aligning organizational input, conducting customer research, and assessing financial and operational impact. They lead competitive intelligence, create fact‑based recommendations and business cases for senior management, establish KPIs and measurement frameworks, and facilitate strategic planning workshops to build cross‑functional consensus. In addition, they coach and develop a team of professionals, monitor performance, and drive improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates have strategy consulting, digital consulting, or internal digital product experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing multi‑year digital roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes. Minimum qualifications include 7‑10 years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience, or product management, plus 7‑10 years of leadership experience in digital transformation initiatives, strong expertise in user experience research, and knowledge of digital analytics. Experience in the environmental services industry or related B2B sectors is a plus.
