About the Role
The property manager role involves overseeing multiple locations, assisting customers with storage needs, conducting unit inspections, handling cash, and managing payment reminders. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Maintain interior cleanliness (sweeping/mopping) and exterior curb appeal • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk up to 50% of shift outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform basic maintenance tasks on facility grounds

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to lift up to 35 lb, walk around facilities, climb stairs, and perform cleaning and basic maintenance both indoors and outdoors. Candidates should have customer‑service experience in sales‑oriented environments and a valid driver’s license, using their own vehicle with mileage reimbursement available. • Prior experience in customer‑service sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for inter‑location travel (mileage reimbursed)
