About the Role

The property manager role involves overseeing multiple locations, assisting customers with storage needs, conducting unit inspections, handling cash, and managing payment reminders. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Maintain interior cleanliness (sweeping/mopping) and exterior curb appeal • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk up to 50% of shift outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform basic maintenance tasks on facility grounds

What You Bring
