About the Role
As the energy sector evolves we are growing our workforce to drive innovation and transformation. We are looking for a Field Systems Administrator for an initial six‑month secondment at Wallgrove or Newcastle, with the potential to extend. In this role you will support the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of key field systems, ensuring data integrity, process consistency and reliable system performance.

What You Bring
You are analytical, proactive and comfortable working with people, systems and data. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively and take pride in delivering high‑quality work, while being inquisitive and willing to ask questions when things don’t look right. • Tertiary qualifications in business, systems, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience • Experience in system administration, support and data analysis • Knowledge of Pegasus / Avetta, Maximo, HRIS, TRAC, or similar systems • Strong data mapping, data migration and advanced MS Excel skills • Experience preparing and presenting reporting information • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and training delivery skills • Experience in contractor management systems including maintaining worker profiles, roles and competencies • Desirable: Understanding of Transgrid Power Systems Safety Rules (or similar) and worker compliance
