About the Role
The Fabricator role turns customer specifications into finished components, ensuring each piece meets quality standards and is ready for shipment. This position supports White Cap’s mission to help build America by delivering reliable, well‑crafted products to construction sites. • Review drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine material and machine‑setup requirements. • Retrieve correct materials and fabricate work pieces, including cutting and bending rebar to ½‑inch tolerances. • Inspect finished items using tape rules, calipers, or gauges to ensure they meet specifications. • Package products for shipment and install protective devices to prevent damage in transit. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates typically have 0–2 years of experience, forklift operation skills, and familiarity with construction and industrial products.
