About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance operations by handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic repairs, as well as the make‑ready process, under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role involves daily on‑site attendance, resident request response, pool upkeep, hazard inspections, and adherence to safety and policy standards. • Attend property daily and respond to resident/management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. • Execute make‑ready and turn‑over activities in line with operational objectives. • Maintain swimming pool, clean it, and keep accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify and correct hazards. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA and EPA standards, and keep a well‑stocked maintenance shop. • Assist with inventory monitoring and hazard‑communication program. • Record service requests, maintenance activities, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure consistent resident interactions. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours duties. • Enforce community policies delegated by the supervisor. • Lift and move objects weighing 100+ lbs, use ladders, power tools, and operate vehicles or golf carts. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call responsibilities.

What You Bring
