About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement Consultant you’ll bring your expertise, talent, and drive to manage our iconic brands and help deliver better care for billions worldwide. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of GBS Global CI, you will serve as the regional GBS CI consultant, providing expert Lean and Six Sigma guidance. Your duties include coaching process standardization, leading continuous‑improvement initiatives, delivering CI Foundation and Six Sigma DMAIC training, and supporting Global Process Owners on transformation roadmaps. You will also manage medium‑complexity projects aimed at improving process or business‑unit performance and deploy the Lean Management System across the region. • Provide Lean/Six Sigma guidance as the regional GBS CI consultant. • Coach process standardization and continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Deliver CI Foundation and Six Sigma DMAIC training to delivery‑center staff. • Support Global Process Owners on transformation roadmaps and process standardization. • Manage medium‑complexity projects to improve process or business‑unit performance. • Deploy the Lean Management System across the assigned region. • Analyze business processes, design end‑to‑end workflows, and facilitate problem‑solving. • Drive collaboration in a matrix organization with minimal supervision. • Apply change‑management and influencing skills to finance and other business processes.

What You Bring

The role requires strong analytical abilities to evaluate business processes and design end‑to‑end workflows. You must demonstrate problem‑solving, facilitation, and business‑acumen skills, and be capable of influencing and managing change in a matrix organization with minimal supervision. A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to work collaboratively across functions are essential. Required qualifications include Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma certification with project experience, 8–10 years of professional experience (preferably in GBS/Shared Services) and 4–6 years in a similar role focused on non‑manufacturing issues. A relevant business degree or equivalent experience in a Global Business Services setting is essential, along with knowledge of RPA (Blue Prism), process‑mining and data‑visualization tools such as Power BI or Celonis. Familiarity with Power Platform, programming languages, and a medium understanding of AI concepts is a plus.
