About the Role
The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is accountable for all on‑site operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial performance, administration and risk management, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and fair‑housing regulations. • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise on‑site staff; create weekly schedules and address performance issues. • Achieve target net operating income through cost control, revenue optimization, and annual budget development. • Oversee rent collection, deposit reconciliation, and vendor invoice processing to ensure timely financial reporting. • Develop and execute annual marketing plans; lead leasing activities, show units, and manage lease documentation. • Resolve resident complaints, implement retention programs, and maintain high resident satisfaction. • Ensure accurate administrative and leasing reports; lead emergency response team for property incidents. • Manage maintenance operations, conduct property inspections, and coordinate repairs, construction and rehabilitation projects. • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing Laws, OSHA standards, and company policies. • Meet physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and responding to emergencies, including overtime and weekend calls. • Provide reliable transportation for on‑call emergency responsibilities.

What You Bring
• Possess a high‑school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and relevant housing industry experience; CAM or ARM certification desired. • Demonstrate basic computer skills and proficiency with on‑site software systems.

Benefits
