About the Role

The SIOP Senior Analyst acts as a subject‑matter expert responsible for elevating the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process across the enterprise. The role creates actionable plans, assigns clear ownership, and delivers measurable improvements while aligning global and regional teams, optimizing product portfolios, and integrating operational and financial plans to meet business objectives. The analyst works independently to map RASIC responsibilities for each region, partners with business leaders to refine tools, processes, and ownership structures, and leverages deep knowledge of product families and SKU classifications to prioritize initiatives. By coordinating with regional and network teams, they turn data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement using frameworks such as 4‑Up and RAILs. Core duties include portfolio optimization, systematic measurement of SIOP metrics, development of constrained demand and rough‑cut capacity plans, and integration of SIOP outputs into rolling financial forecasts. The analyst also leads enhancements to tools, processes, and governance models, promoting best practices and standardization across all divisions. • Serve as SIOP subject matter expert to drive sales, inventory, and operations planning effectiveness. • Develop actionable SIOP plans, assign ownership, and deliver measurable results. • Align global and regional teams, optimize product portfolios, improve performance metrics, and integrate operational and financial planning. • Deploy standard SIOP processes and models across business divisions for integrated business planning. • Ensure step ownership is assigned via RASIC framework and collaborate with leadership on tool, process, and ownership changes. • Prioritize SIOP efforts using product family and SKU classification knowledge, applying 4‑Up and RAILs for continuous improvement. • Optimize product portfolios by reducing complexity and meeting SKU reduction targets with product line managers. • Lead measurement and improvement of key SIOP metrics across all process steps. • Create rolling 4‑24 month constrained demand plans and drive robust rough‑cut capacity planning (RCCP). • Integrate SIOP outputs into rolling financial forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy. • Enhance tools, processes, and RASIC frameworks, promote best practices, and standardize SIOP deployment across regions.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an engineering degree with a master’s qualification (preferably an MBA in Operations) and possess 8‑12 years of global supply‑chain experience in SIOP/S&OP, inventory analytics, and material planning. Required technical skills include advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, MFGPro), Business Warehouse, OBIEE, Power BI, Excel with VBA, and familiarity with SQL and cloud platforms. Strong customer focus, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. • Minimum: Engineering degree with a master’s (preferably MBA Operations); 8‑12 years supply chain experience in SIOP/S&OP, inventory management, material planning in global settings. • Proficient in ERP (SAP, MFGPro), Business Warehouse, OBIEE, Power BI, advanced Excel; experience with SQL, VBA, and cloud platforms a plus. • Strong customer focus, accountability, and willingness to expand scope.
